Hello to all our friends and family!

Please forgive my delay in getting this to you this late in the week, but I was out of the office on Monday taking my daughter, Catt, to a week long Theatre Camp eight hours away in Minnesota.  (Mom was as teary eyed as daughter was at the aspect of leaving daughter in care of host family with her cell phone not working out in Podunkville…. But as of last night she sounded in much better spirits having met a few new people and is settling into her dancing ghoul role in the Tom Sawyer production they are working on.) 

We hope you survived last night’s local rain.  I was told that 3.8” of rain was recorded.  The result for us is that last night at group/party, we were bailing out the backdoor well that was rushing our office, lifting equipment off the flooded carpet and running for buckets to catch the water leaking from the roof.  It was a little exciting to say the least! 

Afterward, Jerry and I went back to his apartment and watched the movie, Dirty Dancing Havana Nights.  What a fun film to watch if you want to view more dance fun.  It is about a high school aged couple who entered a dance competition in Havana with a Mambo routine.  We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it for the dancing aspect of it.  (For other previous Dirty Dancing fans, you wouldn’t believe who was in it!)
