Dear Friends,

RECENT EVENT UPDATE

We had a blast at our “50s Sock Hop” Guest Party this past Friday (Sept. 17^th) evening.  We only wish that more of you could have been here.  You really do not know what you are missing!  Everyone attended decked out in their 50s garb and some you could hardly recognize.  What a dashing group everyone made.  Our potluck dinner consisted of Sloppy Joes from Suzanne, finger sandwiches from Dick & Kathy, finger foods, a Caribbean Spice (Black) Cake provided by Vern & Kathleen and was topped off with Root Beer & Coke Floats (provided by the Studio).  It was fantastic.  The music was stimulating and energizing.  Dick P. said that it sure brought back a host of memories for him.  Everyone left with a big smile!

Notice:  Next month’s usual 3^rd Friday of the Month Guest Party will be combined with the Tea Dance on October 24^th because your Premiere Social Ballroom staff will be cruising with Suzanne from Miami to Cozumel , Mexico , October 10-16.  This will be a Costume Party featuring The Ten Tones.  So start working on your costume selection.  I know that Denise already has!

Group Sessions begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by the 7-8:30 Practice Party

CELEBRATIONS

I was honored to be able to present our Program Coordinator (and my brother), Jerry , with his recently acquired DVIDA (Dance Vision International Dance Association) Certification in dance.  He has attained the qualified status of Associate AND Master’s Dance Degree in American Style Smooth & Rhythm as approved by Wayne Eng of Dance Vision and Brian Puttock, President of ProDVIDA.  You can rest assured that you are receiving THE most up to date instruction as approved by the NDCA (National Dance Council of America )!

TEA DAN CE

Our next event will be this Sunday with “Fall into the Rhythm”.  Our 4^th Sunday of the Month Tea Dance will resume at 3 p.m. featuring the band, “Artificial Hip”  (http://artificialhip.net) .  Remember this event is FREE & Open to the Public.  So be sure to invite your friends and family to join you here!

Even tho the days are becoming cooler, things here at the studio at definitely heating up!  Be sure to call us and make your next appointment soon!  We are looking forward to seeing you again!
